We need a minimum of Two(2) hour to enter a venue and set up prior to the start time. Similar time at the end of the day/night to pack up.
We reserve the right to substitute alternative entertainment due to unavoidable circumstances which dictate the need.
Payment failure of any fees owed within Fifteen (15) days after the date of the event will result in legal action. We will exercise our statutory right to interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation.
The hirer is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by any person at your event. You will be charged for the full cost of any repairs and expenses incurred during the repair period. You will be advised of any damage as soon as it is caused and notified of the repair cost as soon as possible.
We do not tolerate violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour from anyone under any circumstances. We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time, if we feel our personal safety is under threat. We do not take responsibility for ejecting any unwanted persons from the venue. You will bring it to your attention of such problems that we may have in this respect with any of your guests.
Any non-payment of a deposit could allow us to change our work schedule without prior notice.
Paying a booking deposit for your event or function is a 100% binding guarantee of contract.
Booking deposit will not be refunded under any circumstance after the above mentioned time frame.
Any cancellations must be made at least 21 days prior to the date of the event. If you fail to cancel your booking before this date you will be charged 20% of the original booking.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to guarantee, that there is adequate provision of electrical power within Ten(10) metres of our set-up point. We require a minimum of 2 x 10amp outlets dedicated for our equipment. Any damage caused to our equipment by a faulty power supply or power interruption is the responsibility of the hirer; The hirer/client is fully responsible for any damage caused to the equipment caused by the use of noise limiters and the subsequent cut off and reintroduction of power without our consultation.
We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to private or public property caused by invited or uninvited guests.
All equipment that is used is frequently checked and tested for safety by a qualified electrical engineer. If we are linking our equipment within a fixed in-house audio system, we reserve the right to refuse to do so if the equipment is considered to be unsafe or liable to cause damage to any component linked to it.
All bookings should be taken on the understanding that the venue is in possession of the necessary entertainment & liquor licenses. We do not take responsibility to any action, if the venue is found to be in breach of the terms of their license.
The DJ and their team will conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout their attendance at the venue, and will respond to the Management's requests as to volume level, sitting of equipment and/or any other reasonable requests.
We will not be liable for non-fulfillment of this contract by the Management and/or the DJ, although every reasonable precaution will be taken. In the event of the client seeking compensation, We will not be liable under any such claim, and the DJ will only be liable for the amount up to and not exceeding the contracted amount
Full payment must be made at least Seven (7) days prior to the event, all cheques must be cleared by this date. Under some circumstances with prior arrangement we will allow payment to be made on the day/night of the event prior to start of the event. We will not begin set up until payment has been made in full (cheques do not apply with this option).
Prices listed in the rates page of this website are for standard sized events. E.g. A hall with a capacity of 150 people or less. Please inform us if you intend to exceed the above mentioned capacity, in which case, we will offer to bring out appropriate sound system at an additional cost
